Some who have known Stephen would say he “marches to a different drummer” and that probably particularly applies to his decade in the military — where he didn’t march at all!

He would say he was always going somewhere else.

Stephen is not a psychologist…but he’s worked with one for a long, long time.

Stephen has a lifelong love for the sciences and this has included photography, videography, and, along the way, ten years in naval reactors with the United States Navy. Yes, he met Admiral Rickover. No, the Admiral didn’t remember him! He was a remarkable and influential leader. By mere coincidence, the Admiral’s last cruise was in reactor room one aboard USS Carl Vinson, with Stephen, who was part of the pre-commissioning crew.

Stephen’s love of photography has evolved through bright yellow packages of Kodak developer, years in the dark processing film, digital’s first faltering steps, and today’s amazing digital processing software. He never thought he would become a videographer until he met George Mooradian in London — an Emmy winning cinematographer — who kicked him right into it.

All the photographs and videos used on this website and in our training are Stephen’s productions. He writes the copy and maintains the website. He also handles accounts. Stephen has posted videos on this site with more information about his history, the work he does, and how he managed to get here.
