Expert Witness — Similar Legal Systems — On-Site Training for Psychologists — Promoting Consistency in Court Presentations

In 2014 Dr van Scoyoc had the privilege of presenting her Expert Witness and Report Writing workshop to psychologists in Malta. Susan addressed many of the concerns that Maltese psychologist expressed about working within the court system including knowing if they are working within their area of expertise; explaining to the system the different types of psychologists even though the pool of experts is quite small.

The legal system in Malta, as are many, is very similar to the UK system as the British system was once widespread around the globe. While Susan will still happily travel the globe making presentations, it is clear that the future is online and a generation of psychologists will be very adept at using it.
